if you ever think your fandom gets too attached to fictional characters, just remember the torchwood fandom made a memorial to a fictional character
and that Cardiff City Council have sworn to keep it maintained and safe throughout the year
And literally every time I’m in the bay someone asks me who the memorial’s for, and walks away looking disturbed when I explain.
This is the single creepiest thing about the Torchwood fans and a great example of why fandoms can be fucking dicks. The memorial i
s basically a massive fuck you to RTD.
